ATWU offers one free trial to each individual to try the class before committing. Trials can be booked via the customer portal.

In order to receive a make up you must provide a minimum of 2 hours notice prior to the class you were due to attend. If you provide this amount of notice and if you were enrolled in a recreational class you will receive a make up given you have not already exceeded your make up of 1 per term. Your make up tokens can be booked with a maximum 7 days in advance. You must be a current customer or your make up token will not be valid. If your token expires your token is not redeemable for a refund or cash.

 All payments for gymnastics classes, including but not limited to tuition, registration fees, and annual membership fees, are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to withdrawals, cancellations, or non-attendance due to personal, medical, or family reasons.

 Wear tight clothing that won't get caught on apparatus with hair out of face and bring a waterbottle.

 We require two weeks notice to drop a class. Please lodge your drop via the customer portal and email admin@allthewayupgymnastics.com for any other queries.

 Our recreational programs run during the NSW Public School term dates. 

• Term 1: Monday 3 February to Saturday 12 April
• Term 2: Wednesday 30 April to Saturday 5 July
• Term 3: Tuesday 22 July to Saturday 27 September
• Term 4: Tuesday 14 October to Saturday 20 December

ATWU offers a regional program that aligns with the competitive gymnastics program with reduced training hours and optional competitions.
